1. Who runs this site

TeakCharge Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202500128N), a Singapore-incorporated commercial strategy and implementation practice trading as TeakCharge Commercial Strategy and Implementation, run personally by Alex Szabo. "We" and "us" below mean that company.

2. What this site is for

It describes the practice, publishes writing and research, and gives away some tools. That is all it is. Everything on it is general information, offered as it stands.

3. It is not advice

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. Views expressed are those of Alex Szabo and the practice at the time of writing. Do not act on anything here without taking advice suited to your own situation from someone qualified to give it.

4. Reading this site does not make you a client

An enquiry through the contact form, a booked call, a subscription to the newsletter, or a downloaded report creates no advisory relationship and no duty of care. An engagement begins only when a written scope and its terms are agreed and signed by both sides, and nothing on this site varies those terms once they exist.

5. Downloads, tools and published research

The APAC go-to-market scorecard and the published papers. These are built from public sources and are free to download, read, quote and reuse in your own work, with attribution to TeakCharge. They are not warranted to be current or complete, the underlying public data moves, and any decision you take on them is yours.

The wealth projection tool. It is an illustration, not advice and not a forecast. It runs the assumptions you enter through simplified, rounded, historical figures. It takes no account of your residency, tax position, fees, timing, or circumstances, and past performance does not predict future returns. Do not make a financial decision on its output. The assumptions and their sources are stated on the page itself; read them.

Everything else. The rest of the site's text, graphics, exhibits, logos and design belong to us or to Alex Szabo and are protected by copyright. You may read it, print it, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.

6. What you may not do here

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems behind it, do not scrape or bulk-extract its content by automated means, do not use the contact form or the booking calendar to send unsolicited commercial messages or to make bookings you do not intend to keep, and do not use anything here to train a commercial model without asking us first.

7. Services we hand you to

Some things on this site are run by other companies: the contact form (Formspree), the booking calendar (Cal.com), the newsletter (Substack), and hosting (Cloudflare). Once you are with them, their terms and their privacy policies apply, not ours. We also link out to sites we do not control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of it.

8. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it stands and as it is available. We do not promise it will always be up, error free, or free of security flaws, and we do not warrant that its content is accurate, complete, or current. We may change or remove anything on it at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Singapore law allows, we and Alex Szabo are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or anything on it, including indirect, incidental and consequential loss and any loss of profit, data, or opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at one hundred Singapore dollars, which reflects the fact that this site is provided free of charge. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

What we do with the details you send is set out in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
